en el caso de tener una rutina de ejercicios frecuente, cuando no estas acostumbrado es una pesadilla ir al gimnasio, pero cuando inicias tu rutina de 21 días lograr llegar a la meta, posteriormente será tan reconfortante ver como tu cuerpo se moviliza al tenor de la velocidad y cambia de manera dramática tanto en lo físico como en lo estético, porque la liberación de endorfinas que produce el ejercicio te ofrecen felicidad, confort y lo mas importante el contacto con la naturaleza que nutre nuestra existencia de la energia necesaria para vivir.

No obstante, no es muy productivo desgastar el musculo sin oxigenarlo con el descanso. El cuerpo es perfecto y tiene tiempos para recibir, procesar y eliminar, y esa es la fisiología de nuestro sistema óseo y muscular, para que haya mayor efectividad en el ejercicio este debe trabajar duramente un dia por una hora o más al siguiente dia debe descansar haciendo las funciones normales del diario vivir, sin forzar su trabajo para evitar resultados fallidos.
A continuación, encontrarás tres razones válidas que te aclararan porque no debes hacer ejercicios diariamente para lograr posteriormente su descanso:
1. El descanso aumenta el estimulo y fuerza muscular:
La masa muscular crece durante los momento de descanso, la fuerza, la potencia, la velocidad aumentan durante los periodos de descanso
Es lo que se conoce como “adaptaciones especificas a las demandas impuestas” por lo tanto es importante que tu rutina de ejercicios sea un dia si y un dia no, para evitar que el progreso de tu rutina no sea tan rápido como cuando inteligentemente se incorpora el descanso en tu plan sistemático de ejercicios.
En consecuencia, si deseas que tu cuerpo este en forma no permitas que el exceso de ejercicio se interponga en tu camino y destruya el objetivo previamente establecido.
2. Descanso mental:
Cuando la mente y el cuerpo físico, tienen una cronología en la comunicación, podemos entender de manera practica el impacto que el ejercicio tiene en nuestros pensamiento.
La relación que existe entre concentración y ejecución de ejercicios es vital para marcar las metas necesarias en la velocidad y la fuerza muscular que deseamos.
Cuando visualizamos a donde va dirigido el movimiento físico en nuestra mente, este se convierte en realidad y definitivamente se produce un cambio positivo en la zona del cuerpo que estamos trabajando.
De igual forma cuando nos cansamos mentalmente debido a la fuerza del ejercicio, se genera un aumento de los pensamientos ( parloteo) con lo cual hay un exceso de trabajo mental que redunda en la disminución de producción física y en la alteración de las emociones.
Una de las funciones mas importantes de permitir el descanso mental es que en la posteridad habrá un mejor desarrollo muscular durante el próximo entrenamiento porque la adrenalina que se produce es mayor y en lugar de hacer un esfuerzo sobrenatural, la persona siente felicidad al lograr metas que mejoran su capacidad física y mental.
3. Disminuye el riesgo de lesionarse:
Cuando se incorporan al plan de ejercicios los días de descanso, el riesgo de sufrir lesiones es bastante bajo, porque el descanso permite una respiración mas fluida, y la concentración permitirá que cada movimiento este debidamente ejecutado, con lo cual se evitaran daños que impidan hacer entrenamiento durante un tiempo prolongado. Cuando superamos la fatiga el cuerpo produce las sustancias hormonales necesarias para el buen funcionamiento corporal.
